In this world, there is an infinite amount of definitions for beauty. It all depends on the point of view of the person. Although human beings haven`t come up with an exact definition of beauty, some people base their definition on external qualities, while others base on internal qualities. For the purpose of this essay, beauty is defined as a quality, external or internal, that catches the attention of a person, and it is strong enough to make that person think about it constantly. Beauty comes in many forms, and it is only recognized when it contains the qualities necessary to stand out. According to Confucius, â€Å"Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it. †Ã‚  This quote has a very strong meaning because it not only makes people realize that everything has beauty, but it also shows that somebody`s personality, and point of view might interfere in seeing beauty. Although a majority of people do not realize it, beauty can come from nothing, and nothing could be seen as the most beautiful thing. She also said â€Å"I dont think of all the misery but of the beauty that still remains. These quotes show that even in a horrendous moment or situation beauty could be seen, and happiness could be reached. A real beauty is not something one can see, touch, or hears but it is something one can feel. When talking about beauty on people, there is a very high chance that most people will say that they see beauty in someone with a perfect body, with light-colored eyes, and other external qualities. In reality a person is beautiful because of many other things. These things include, having manners, being realistic, being caring, and loving. Nicholas Sparks once wrote, â€Å"But even though she was attractive, there was something else about her that caught his eye. She was intelligent, he could sense that right away, and confident, too, as if she were able to move through life on her own terms. To him, these were the things that really mattered. Without them, beauty was nothing. †Ã‚  Another man named John Green stated, â€Å"Thats always seemed so ridiculous to me, that people want to be around someone because theyre pretty.
